Before treatment I felt tension and pain all over, mostly in the shoulders. During treatment I felt relaxed, comfortable and at ease. After treatment I felt so opened up and less tension and stress and pain in my shoulder, neck, feet and knees. I would recommend this treatment and the therapist. I will look forward to more treatments in the future.

Before treatment I was in pain. I had pain in my right shoulder and lower back. Kim is very professional and asked me throughout if the pressure was okay. After my treatment my pain level was dramatically reduced and I will be making regular appointments with Kim in future.

Really thorough consultation. I felt like Kim took the time to get to know me and what I wanted to achieve and any issues I had. Massage was person centred, oils where tailored to what would benefit me. Refreshing relaxing massage was amazing firm pressure applied but felt really nice would definitely recommend and look forward to another massage.

I felt a bit tense and didn’t feel great before due to my Crohns playing up. Kim could explain the Areas that were positive for response and explain what these could be and the fact they were linked to my Crohns Disease. After the treatment I felt reassured relaxed and felt a lot better. 10 out of 10. Kim is very relaxed and explains everything and is knowledgeable.

As a Care worker I am on my feet all day so they take a beating. I wanted a reflexology treatment done to relieve the stress and tension in my feet during the treatment. I could feel the tension leaving my feet. Afterwords my feet felt really soft and I felt very relaxed I definitely will be back for another treatment
